Coaching for Transformation

Collaborating to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Who do I coach?

Hi, I’m Michelle. My clients are brilliant, growth-minded and service-driven women who have a lifetime of diverse experiences, perspectives, roles, and interests. They are incredible and totally bad ass, though they may not always recognize that they are! Some are thriving. Some are happy. Some are going through the motions. Some are struggling and striving. Some want more or less or something else. Some women want to embody a different approach to their leadership and life. Some want to reinvent or to follow a calling but aren’t sure exactly why or how or when. Some women are telling themselves stories about age, purpose, capability, influence, isolation, connection, lack, doubt, and not being good enough in careers or life or maybe even BOTH. Some women are experiencing a bit or even all of those things simultaneously or at pretty damn inconvenient times. Whatever the situation, each client comes to a women-centered approach to transformational leadership coaching with her own unique needs and is on her own unique journey.

How does individual coaching work? What’s the gain?

During each coaching session, you will have dedicated, non-judgmental space to set intentions and identify areas of focus and action. We’ll create a growth container to cultivate transformation. You will have the potential for greater awareness and presence so you can shift mindset, challenge assumptions, identify and remove inner blocks, strengthen skills, and own your authenticity. Through our coaching collaboration, you have the possibility to step into confidence and to take a seat at whatever table you choose, move into or align with your calling, tackle challenges and change, create and seize opportunity, and level up to lead and live with deeper impact, more joy, and less stress. Through coaching, we get to tap into connection, meaning, and shared insight and learning. In choosing coaching, we choose to be challenged, to be accountable, to grow, and to change. Goals can be short or long term. As you gain awareness and strengthen skills, your vision for success might change in response to new insight and action. We’re always evolving!

What if my problem or goal is too small or too big?

There’s no ideal size for a problem or goal in coaching. Small things just might end up being pretty complicated. On the other hand, big problems or goals can often be broken down into manageable parts. There’s not a one size fits all approach for coaching. Some clients can realize their goals quickly while others take time. Either way, the coaching structure is nonjudgmental and designed to support you to achieve the outcomes you choose. Each coaching session is designed to focus on your priorities, commitment, potential, and accountability.

Sometimes there are things that come up for clients which are better and more appropriately addressed through therapy or mentorship. When that happens, I can guide you to connect to those resources so you can get the support you need.
