Who I Coach

I coach women who are ready for today to be the last day they hold themselves back from taking inspired action.

Many of my clients are navigating transition, even if they haven’t named it. They’re accomplished and thoughtful, yet something feels off or no longer aligned. Some feel boxed in by self-doubt or stretched thin by old expectations. Others feel disconnected from their purpose or pulled toward something more without knowing what that is.

Where We Begin

Our first conversation is a 45 minute complimentary call focused on you. Transformational coaching goes deeper than surface-level change, and this conversation is personal, purposeful, and anchored in what matters most to you.

We’ll talk about what’s been getting in your way, what’s coming up for you, and the problems and questions you’ve been circling but haven’t solved yet.

Together, we’ll explore

  • what’s making you feel stuck, unclear, or ready for change
  • what’s important to you and why
  • what possibility looks like

If it feels like a fit and you want to put your insights into real movement, we’ll talk about what working together could look like. If not, you’ll still walk away with clarity about what kind of support you truly need right now.

You will not miss the opportunity to follow through on what you’re imagining.

What Happens Next

We begin with a four month coaching phase that includes an attitudinal assessment and a values review. This gives us a grounded starting point for goals and growth. It helps us understand what you want to unlock, what you want to shift, and how you want to be supported in alignment with your values and priorities.

Each session builds on the last as we work with:

  • the skills you’re strengthening
  • the practices, tools, and exercises that deepen awareness
  • the patterns that need interrupting or reimagining
  • the competencies that support clarity and confidence
  • the outcomes that connect where you are with where you intend to be

Coaching with me is nonjudgmental, enthusiastic, and grounded in true partnership. I champion your growth, support your expansion, and stay fully present with your voice, your pace, and your priorities. This process supports integration by helping you bring your leadership, your life, and your values into alignment.

Coaching is active. You’ll apply insights immediately. Between sessions, you’ll begin to think, choose, and feel differently, and will start noticing what you’re noticing.


Is My Goal Too Small or Too Big?

Coaching welcomes both: Small goals often reveal meaningful layers. Big goals become manageable with clarity and structure.
There is no one size fits all path. Some clients move quickly. Others take time. Coaching meets you where you are and centers your priorities, commitment, potential, and accountability.
