Too many somedays turn into super sad nevers.

WE’RE NOT MEANT FOR THAT.

Individual Coaching

I coach women who are ready for today to be the last day they hold themselves back from taking aligned, inspired action.

Many of my clients are navigating transition, even if they haven’t named it. They are accomplished and thoughtful, yet something feels off or no longer aligned. Some feel boxed in by self-doubt or stretched thin by old expectations. Others feel pulled toward something more without knowing exactly what that is.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. Many of the women I work with are at meaningful choice points in career, commitment, or calling, where the way they have been living and leading no longer works. You may be seeking clearer direction, greater confidence in your decisions, or a way to move forward without second-guessing yourself.

I know that place well. It is often the moment you choose to work with a coach who sees who you are, reflects what is possible, challenges what is getting in the way, and supports you in taking meaningful, intentional steps forward with clarity, confidence, ease, and joy as the destination.

Begin with a 45-minute introductory conversation.

Where We Begin

Our first step is a 45-minute introductory conversation focused on you.

Conversation. Insight. Possibility.

This is a thoughtful, structured space to explore what’s pulling at you and what your next move could be. We look at what feels misaligned, what matters most right now, and how you want to move forward. By the end of our time, you will leave with direction and a clear decision about whether working together is the right next step.

If it is, we’ll design a coaching partnership that supports your goals. If it’s not, you’ll still leave clear on the move that’s right for you.

What Happens Next

If we decide to work together, we’ll design a coaching container that supports both your life and your leadership.

This work is personalized. Some clients begin with a defined series of sessions. Others choose ongoing support. The cadence, focus, and duration are shaped around your goals and the depth of work you want to do.

Our work may include untangling the “shoulds” and “coulds” that create pressure and self-doubt, strengthening self-trust, clarifying what matters now, and developing the practices that support aligned action. This often includes recalibrating how you use your time, energy, and voice so your decisions reflect what matters most to you.

Each session builds with intention. You’ll deepen awareness, recognize patterns that serve or limit you, shift perspective where needed, and strengthen the skills that support confident, aligned decision-making.

Coaching is active. Insights are applied between sessions as you begin thinking and choosing differently in real time and start noticing what you’re noticing. This is how clarity, confidence, ease, and joy become not just outcomes but a way of leading and living.

Not every journey looks the same.
Here are other ways we can work together.

Is My Goal Too Small or Too Big?

Coaching welcomes both: Small goals often reveal meaningful layers. Big goals become manageable with clarity and structure.

There is no one-size-fits-all path. Some clients move quickly. Others take time. Coaching meets you where you are and centers your priorities, commitment, potential, and accountability.

Leadership and life become more impactful when your choices reflect who you actually are.

If something arises that’s better suited for therapy or mentorship, I help you connect with the right resources so you’re fully supported.
