Michelle’s Experience
I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in public libraries and city government, leading teams and empowering individuals to deliver exceptional service, responsive and innovative programs, and impactful projects. I’ve led local, regional and capital initiatives, fostering partnerships with government, philanthropic, corporate, educational, and community organizations to address community needs. I am committed to bringing a coaching perspective, curiosity, solution-focus, and growth mindset approach to library, management, public sector, and board collaborations. I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
