Why I Created the Soft Skills Way™

I was so done holding myself back and waiting. Honestly, I didn’t even know what I was waiting for. I was overthinking, second-guessing, and busying myself with things that seemed like I should do but were really just distractions, because it was easier. Until it wasn’t. I started waking up wondering where my spark had gone.

There was never going to be enough time or the perfect conditions, so I had to figure out how to use what I already had. That’s when I started choosing to use my soft skills differently. That realization came after a coaching session, and it changed everything.

How The Soft Skills Way™ Membership Works

The Soft Skills Way™ isn’t a course or a class. It’s an ongoing practice built around reflection, conversation, and intentional action. Over time, small, well-placed shifts change how you lead, decide, and live.

  1. Meet live twice a month.
    • Join 90-minute sessions on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:30pm Pacific. Each gathering blends coaching, conversation, and connection. We explore tools and practices that support reflection and intentional action in service of our individual goals.
  2. Follow your Sway Map.
    • You’ll personalize your own Sway Map to clarify priorities, notice what’s shifting as you evolve, and stay grounded in what matters most. This shared framework helps you stay aware of what’s changing and stay oriented without pressure or comparison, while connecting through shared goals and milestones.
  3. Stay connected between sessions.
    • Between live sessions, members stay connected through shared reflections and encouragement. This is where accountability feels supportive, relational, and human.
  4. Monthly one-on-one coaching.
    Each month, one member receives a private 60-minute coaching session with me, focused on what matters most right now.
