Information we collect automatically (Device Information)

What data we collect
Coaching clients Personal information collected directly from the client: first and last name, address, email address, phone number. Usage data: interactions on the site, such as submitting contact information or subscribing to our mailing list.
Learning and membership subscribers Personal information collected directly from the subscriber: first and last name, email address. Usage data: interactions on the site, such as submitting contact information or subscribing to our mailing list.
Consulting and facilitation clients Personal and organizational information collected directly from the client, including but not limited to first and last names, positions, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Contact form submissions We collect personal information such as name and email address through our contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. Completing this form does not subscribe you to our mailing list.
Mailing list subscriptions If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your first name and email address exclusively to send periodic updates, resources, coaching insights, and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we do with your data
Coaching clients: Data is used to provide coaching services, maintain communication, and deliver resources such as tools, courses, and newsletters. We connect with you via email, phone, Paperbell, Zoom, Google Meet, or other teleconferencing platforms. Coaching and educational materials may be mailed with the client's approval. Coaching clients may also be learning subscribers and consulting and facilitation clients.
Learning and membership subscribers: Data is used to deliver and provide access to learning content, newsletters, and gatherings via platforms like Paperbell, Zoom, and Google Meet. Learning subscribers may also be coaching, consulting, and facilitation clients.
Consulting and facilitation clients: Data is used to provide consulting and facilitation services, maintain communication, and deliver resources such as tools, courses, and newsletters. We connect with you via email, phone, Paperbell, Zoom, Google Meet, or other teleconferencing platforms. Project materials may be mailed. Consulting and facilitation clients may also be coaching clients and learning subscribers.
How we keep your data, and for how long
Coaching clients: Please refer to the privacy policies of the partner sites we use for scheduling, billing, newsletters, and education. Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC keeps your contact information for up to two years after the last coaching session. Notes from sessions are destroyed at the end of the contract period.
Learning and membership subscribers: Please refer to the privacy policies of the partner sites we use for scheduling, billing, newsletters, and education. Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC keeps your data until you choose to unsubscribe.
Consulting and facilitation clients: Please refer to the privacy policies of the partner sites we use for scheduling, billing, newsletters, and education. Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC keeps your data for up to two years after the close of a consulting or facilitation project.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, and we rely on trusted third-party service providers that maintain their own security safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
