Paid Services and Payment
Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC offers paid services, including individual coaching, group coaching memberships, and consulting.
Memberships (for example, The Soft Skills Way™ and Someday Has a Shelf Life™) are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Membership payments are processed through our third-party payment processor.
Individual coaching is offered as a package and billed through Paperbell using the payment method on file. Individual coaching engagements are governed by a separate written Coaching Agreement signed between you and Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and your signed Coaching Agreement, the signed Coaching Agreement controls with respect to that coaching engagement.
Consulting and facilitation services are governed by separate written agreements entered into between Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC and the client.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds to cover charges on the scheduled payment date.
Cancellations and Refunds
Memberships: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for amounts already paid, including the current billing period.
Individual coaching: Cancellation and refund terms for individual coaching are set out in your separate signed Coaching Agreement. As a general matter, coaching services are final sale and non-refundable, and cancellation requires written notice as specified in that Agreement.
Consulting: Cancellation and refund terms for consulting and facilitation services are set out in the separate written agreement for that engagement.

Coaching is a collaborative process that supports your personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC does not diagnose or treat any mental or medical condition.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results. Ornat Coaching & Consulting, LLC makes no guarantees regarding any specific outcome. Any examples or results referenced are for informational purposes only. It is your responsibility to seek independent professional guidance as needed.
